Breakfast with the vitality full board includes a tasty, gluten-free cereal porridge and fresh fruit. The cereal porridge provides a long-lasting source of energy for the body and the fruit supplies it with all the important vitamins and fiber.
Lunch consists of fresh salads and raw vegetables, the most effective way to provide the body with plenty of nutrients and vitamins to make the most of the rest of the day.
For dinner, the vitality full board includes boiled or steamed vegetables, which gently provide the body with important minerals and vitamins for the last meal of the day. This easily digestible vegetable meal is the best way for the body to detoxify and regenerate during the night.
All meals are vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free.
