By when do I have to check out?
You can use your room until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish, you can receive your hotel bill the evening before.

Does the hotel have special rooms for allergy sufferers?
No, our hotel only has a few rooms with laminate flooring. On request, we can provide you with allergy-friendly pillows and duvets. If you have any questions about this topic, please feel free to contact us. One of the on-site contacts is our head housekeeper.

Does every room have a terrace or balcony?
Each room has a balcony or terrace. We kindly ask you to reduce the volume on the balcony or terrace from 10:00 p.m. to ensure the peace and quiet and enjoyment of all guests.

Do all rooms have a safe?
Each room is equipped with its own safe. There is also the option of using the central safe at reception. Please note, however, that we accept no liability for valuables stored in your room.

Is it possible to bring dogs?
Pets are welcome in our hotel. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our Restaurant Ruiani, the fireplace lounge, or our wellness areas for hygienic reasons. We also ask you to keep your four-legged friends on a leash throughout the hotel. Please also take note of the dog regulations of the district of Rügen. The tourist tax for your dogs is €2 per dog per day.

Do the rooms have a telephone connection?
Each room is equipped with two telephones that have an analog connection. To get an outside line, please dial “0”. If you wish to make a call from room to room, simply dial the desired room number.

Is there Wi-FI at the hotel?
Our Hotel by the Baltic Sea has Wi-Fi. You will find information on how to connect to the network in the black room folder on your desk.

Are baby cots available in the hotel room?
Yes, it is possible to have a baby cots in your hotel room. If you need an additional baby cot, please contact our reception, we will be happy to help you.
