Basics of Acupuncture

In natural medicine, the human being, with their personal life and illness history, as a whole is the focus. Instead of treating only symptoms, the individual causes are identified by surveys. The treatment concept of acupuncture is based on the teaching of the meridians. The doctrine says that the life energy (the Qi) flows on defined pathways (meridians). These trajectories control the body functions. Disturbances in the energy flow can be remedied by acupuncture. Stimulating the acupuncture points redirects, strengthens, or calms Qi as needed. Thus, the Qi can be brought into a balanced state, the body functions regain their natural balance and the self-healing powers of the body are stimulated.


Treatment with Acupuncture / Ear Acupuncture

A wonderfully effective option is offered by the ear acupuncture. Starting from the ear, the needles look back on the body through targeted stimuli. This treatment method is suitable for acute and continuous therapy as well as for back pain, allergies, weight reduction and smoking cessation. The patient is in a relaxed posture. Sterile disposable needles are placed at specific points and are adjusted by lifting, lowering or vibrating during the 30-minute treatment. This type of treatment has very little side effects.
