Today’s diet, with too much in terms of calories and lack of high quality ingredients, as well as lack of exercise and lack of stress balance, often causes health problems. On the other hand, a selective nutritional change often helps. Therefore, it may be useful to have a nutritional consultation with our trained medical practitioner.

Healthy eating means change

A balanced diet and our well being go hand in hand. Contrary to the broad opinion, healthy eating must have nothing to do with renunciation and exertion, but probably with change. The willingness to do so is essential.

Conscious and healthy eating can be a beautiful and new experience.

Together with our medical practitioner, you design your individual strategy adapted to your needs to implement your diet. Change takes time and patience – but also the fun of it, curiosity, and openness. We will be happy to accompany you along this path.

Basics of Acupuncture

In natural medicine, the human being, with their personal life and illness history, as a whole is the focus. Instead of treating only symptoms, the individual causes are identified by surveys. The treatment concept of acupuncture is based on the teaching of the meridians. The doctrine says that the life energy (the Qi) flows on defined pathways (meridians). These trajectories control the body functions. Disturbances in the energy flow can be remedied by acupuncture. Stimulating the acupuncture points redirects, strengthens, or calms Qi as needed. Thus, the Qi can be brought into a balanced state, the body functions regain their natural balance and the self-healing powers of the body are stimulated.

Treatment with Acupuncture / Ear Acupuncture

A wonderfully effective option is offered by the ear acupuncture. Starting from the ear, the needles look back on the body through targeted stimuli. This treatment method is suitable for acute and continuous therapy as well as for back pain, allergies, weight reduction and smoking cessation. The patient is in a relaxed posture. Sterile disposable needles are placed at specific points and are adjusted by lifting, lowering or vibrating during the 30-minute treatment. This type of treatment has very little side effects. These beschrenken only on minor bleeding in the area of acupuncture points and occur only in rare cases. Equally rare are slight sensations in the area of the puncture site.

homeopathy-1604071_19201.jpg

Homeopathy is a gentle way to treat many acute and chronic diseases. The organism can restore its own balance in body, mind and soul through homeopathy and activate self-healing powers.

The methodology of classical homeopathy requires a very well-founded approach and careful treatment. After a thorough medical history and subsequent case analysis, the appropriate medicine is selected individually for you and your illness.

Phytotherapy is to understand the healing, relief and prevention of diseases and ailments caused by medicinal plants. This can be used for various plant parts such as the flowers, roots and leaves or plant components such as essential oils. Preparations from medicinal plants (phytopharmaceuticals) such as dry extracts, tinctures or press juices are also possible. This form of therapy developed from millennia experience. First records of the descriptions of plants were found on the Persian Gulf at 6000 year old clay tablets. The first herb book is 3000 years old and comes from China. In Ancient Egypt, the “papyrus boars” were found with medical and scientific records from the year 16 century BC. Each culture gained its own experience and today we can access many of them. The variety of plants and their ingredients opens up a very broad spectrum of effects. This type of therapy offers, especially in comparison with conventional treatment methods, pathways of original and gentle healing and also very good approaches in chronic diseases. Efficacy has been proven in many scientific studies.

Meditation means guided attention

In the center of meditation is the desire to let the spirit come to rest. Learn to observe your thoughts and perceptions and not to let them take you, but to gain distance and become more let. After a while of practicing, the constant flow of thoughts calms down and you become less.

With the help of meditation we are able to achieve inner peace, more clarity and a higher level of consciousness. The state of meditation and its comprehensive effect is difficult to explain and must therefore be experienced.

Meditation works on…

… the physical level

  • Reducing stress and anxiety
  • Improving stress resistance
  • Normalization of blood pressure and heart rate
  • Improvement of sleep quality and reduction of fatigue
  • Activation of the self-healing forces and reduction of the feeling of pain

… the emotional level

  • Serenity
  • Increasing self-esteem
  • Reduction of stress and anxiety and prevention against the so-called Burnout syndrome

… the spiritual level

  • Calming the mind
  • Increase mindfulness, attention and ability to concentrate
  • Helpful in decision making

… The social level

  • Expansion of capacity for empathy and sensitivity
  • Strengthening the personal presence
