Back on the menu, which makes the holiday on Rügen a special thing, is for example the sole with capers, butter and potatoes. “We fillet the fish directly at the table of our guests,” explains Heiko Philipp.


Other culinary delights include the pink roasted lamb back with asparagus, strawberries and gnocchi as well as the duck for two people. “This is carved at the table,” emphasizes our chef.
