You can rent bicycles all year. If you like to rent a bicycle please contact reception in the morning.
Blackout/ power cut
In the case of a blackout an emergency generator is taking over the lighting. Please do not use the elevators, only the staircase.
Breakfast buffet
We serve breakfast from 7:00am until 11:30am in our restaurant “Ruiani” and to your room too. To order please fill out the breakfast order form and hang out the order form on your door before 3:00am. We will charge 5,00 € room service charge.

The front desk staff will be happy to order a cab for you.
Car parking
The hotel has an underground garage. Parking in the garage and on the forecourt will be charged with 13,00 € per day. We kindly ask you to keep the marked access for the fire department free due to safety reasons.
Check out time
Your room will be available on the day of departure until 11:00am.
Chemist´s shop
The reception desk provides razor facilities or tooth brush, if you left them at home.
Children
Our front desk staff will gladly inform you about activities and events for your children in our children´s sparrows nest at our sister hotel Rugard. We would like to ask the parents to keep an eye on your children. In the interest of all our other guests we would like to ask you to ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the Restaurant and in our Thai- Bali- SPA. Thank you very much!

Dogs
Your well- behaved dogs are welcome to our house. We kindly ask you to pay attention that dogs for reasons of hygiene, are not allowed in our Restaurant “Ruiani” and in our Wellness area. Please carry your dog on a leash in the entire hotel and pay attention to the dog regulation of the council of Rugen. Your four-legged friends are reportable and we will charge € 0,50 per day/ dog for the local tax.
Dress code
Please pay attention that its not allowed to go in bath- or sports wear to the restaurant. In the evening we kindly ask you not to wear short pants or open shoes in the restaurant and in the bar.

All plugs are provided with 220V/50Hz.
Emergency exits
All emergency exits are marked and allow you a quick exit of the hotel. Please follow the green illuminated arrows and pay attention to the instructions in your room.

Facsimile
If you like to receive any facsimiles you can use the Hotel Fax Nr. +49 38393 15-555. From 10 pages incoming facsimiles we calculate € 0,10 per page. The front desk staff will gladly send your facsimiles. We charge within Germany 1,50 € and worldwide 3,50 €.
Fire/ Fire staircase
In a case of a fire please contact reception immediately. Every floor has a fire detector and you can reach the marked emergency exits to the ground floor to get outside of the hotel. Please pay attention to the instructions in your room. Elevators may not be used in a case of a fire. Your assembly point is located opposite the hotel!
Flowers
Please contact reception to order flowers for all occasions.

The 18-hole golf court “Castle Karnitz” is about 25km away from Binz. Our hotel has a green fee discount of 20%. For more information’s please contact reception.

Our gym is equipped with high- quality facilities, which you can find in the basement of the hotel. Please contact the staffs from the Thai- Bali- SPA.

Our Restaurant “Ruiani” is open every day for you. We would like to remind you that our Restaurant “Ruiani” a non-smoking Restaurant is and please keep your mobile phone switched off. Dogs are not permitted!

Room service is available 24 h a day. From 10:00pm until 06:00am we do offer a small night menu.

Sauna
Our sauna is located in the basement and is open from 13:00pm until 21:00pm. Our Wellness team will gladly inform you about changing fragrances in the sauna.
Scales
You have the opportunity to control your weight in our gym, located in the basement. If you like to have a scale in your room, please contact reception.
Sewing Kit
A small sewing kit is located in your hotel room. If this set is not sufficient please contact our housekeeper.
Swimming Pool
The pool (6*12m, water temperature 28°C) is open every day from 07:00am until 22:00pm, during the cold season until 21:00pm and is located in the basement and can be reached easily with the elevator. Due to slip hazard we would like to ask you to wear bath shoes all time. Our Pool area is an oasis of calm. We look forward to welcome you and your children in our Pool area. Please note also our children’s swimming times daily from 7am until 11am and 13pm until 17pm. In the interest of safety, children under 12 years old are not allowed to use our Wellness area, unless they are accompanied by an adult. Our target is to provide all our guests a feeling of relaxation and we would like to ask you to support us. Thank you very much!

Tennis
The nearest tennis court is located at the Klünderberg/ Tennis club Binz. Our reception staff will be happy to reserve an outdoor space for you.

Our Television system offers a selection of Channels in German and English. On the top of your TV you can find the current program.
